the onsen facilities were well-kept and the water was soothing for our skin. we loved the extensive buffet offered at meals, featuring a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit.

Getting to the place was a nightmare! It's way too far from the city and hard to navigate. Plus, the lack of English and directions made it even worse. I felt completely lost and frustrated upon arrival.

I was kinda surprised by this hotel! From the moment I stepped in, the staff was cute and accommodating. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. the location could not have been better; it was close to various attractions, and the transportation options were easily accessible. Oh, and the breakfast! Their buffet had a plethora of delicious choices. the experience was wonderful!

Could not be improved in any way. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

This hotel is perfect for young families who want a quiet stay near various attractions such as Tobu World. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the outdoor baths are well-maintained. Breakfast is a viking style with many different options to choose from. the staff is friendly and helpful with carrying your bags to the hotel.

Fantastic Japanese-style buffet for breakfast and dinner with over 70 different dishes to choose from, especially the tempura and steak bar! Plus, friendly and helpful staff and a convenient location close to public transport within walking distance to local attractions.

The facilities and decor were a bit dated and worn, especially the air conditioning, and the indoor bath was separate from the outdoor bath with no washing area. , the lack of power points in the room was a bit inconvenient.
